I am a Mindfulness Teacher offering mindfulness meditation sessions to individuals, groups and corporate clients in the workplace. I have worked with adults in a rehabilitative capacity for 13 years and have over four years experience of group work facilitation with children.
I believe that simple awareness of the present is something that everyone can benefit from.
I have been interested in the workings of the mind and body for over 20 years and currently explore this through my work in rehabilitation. I have a specific interest in the role of stress and the ways of managing this in a positive manner. Mindfulness meditation practice has allowed me to increase my awareness of my own mind and body, thus improving my emotional management, self-reflection and resilience.
